The day-to-day operations of your DSP business
Same Day and Next Day tours, forecast, drivers, vehicles and scanners in one platform – developed from delivery practice.
Waves instead of shifts
With the template “Delivery company with waves”, Mileon starts with the Same Day tours A and C and the Next Day tour – including staggered start times per wave. The overview shows how many routes of each wave are covered.
- Ride Along and Training as separate entries, never assigned automatically
- “Planning incomplete” notice when onboarding entries are missing
- Vehicle classes per tour: Caddys are only planned for Same Day tours, large vans stay free for Next Day
Demand from the weekly forecast
Enter the route counts per day and category or import them from your weekly file. Mileon calculates the demand per wave, adds a flex buffer and compares it with your capacity of drivers and vehicles.
- Daily targets per category, empty days take the weekly target
- Capacity from available drivers and vehicles ready for use
- Vehicle swap suggestion when another station is short of vehicles
Built from practice, not on the drawing board
Mileon was built in daily delivery operations across several stations – with scanners per vehicle, fuel cards, monthly mileage and ride-along days for new drivers.
Your data sits in a separate database just for your company. Other Mileon customers, including other delivery companies, have no access to it.
Mileon is an independent product of Mileon GmbH. There is no partnership, certification or technical integration with Amazon. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates and is mentioned here only to describe the target group.
