Who is Mileon for?
For transport, courier and delivery companies with their own drivers and vehicles – from a single station to several locations. Amazon delivery partners get their own template with waves and demand forecast.
How quickly can I start?
After signing up, your Mileon is usually ready within a few minutes. You create your stations, choose the template for your tours and bring over drivers and vehicles from your Excel lists.
Can I bring over my existing Excel lists?
Yes. Mileon offers an import template and recognises your own lists by their column headings: drivers, vehicles, fuel cards, scanners, absences and roster. Sheets with passwords are never read.
What does Mileon cost?
€8.73 per vehicle and €2.74 per employee per month (at least 10 each), plus €9.99 per additional login. Your own administrator login is included. All prices net. The first 14 days are free. To the price calculator
Do I need to enter a payment method when signing up?
Yes, you add a payment method when you sign up. It is only charged after the 14 trial days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
Monthly at the end of the billing period, yourself under “Subscription & invoices” in Mileon. You can still export your data afterwards.
Where is my data stored?
On a server in the EU. Every company gets its own database, backed up daily. We provide the data processing agreement (DPA).
Who in my company sees what?
You assign roles (administrator, dispatcher, read only) and permissions per station and area, for example view or edit the fleet. All changes are logged.
Does Mileon work on a phone?
Mileon runs in the browser on PC, tablet and smartphone. No app installation needed.
Is Mileon official Amazon software?
No. Mileon is an independent product of Mileon GmbH without partnership or technical integration with Amazon. The template for delivery companies is tailored to typical DSP workflows.
